Fry the Cuban Five

To our knowledge, this is the only website dedicated to ensuring the five convicted Cuban spies who were part of the so-called Wasp Network (La Red Avispa) stay where they belong: behind bars.

These five clowns are exactly where they belong, in prison being REAL nice to Bubba:

- Gerardo Hernandez
- Antonio Guerrero
- Ramon Labanino
- Fernando Gonzales
- Rene Gonzales

They've been convicted. Their convictions include "conspiracy to commit espionage" and "conspiracy to act as an unregistered foreign agent." Hernandez, the ringleader, was also convicted of murder conspiracy in the shootdown of the Brothers to the Rescue Cessnas in 1996, which resulted in the deaths of four innocent, unarmed men who were over international waters.

Hernandez, Labanino and Guerrero received life sentences. Hold on to the soap in the shower, boys! The Gonzalez's were sentenced to 15 years. They should all rot.

They've got it much better than they deserve. Had the situation been reversed--five U.S. spies or five Cuban exiles caught spying in Cuba--they'd have no "three hots and a cot," no cable television, no air conditioning.

You can bet there'd be no communist-driven international propaganda effort for their release, either. No siree.

And even if there were, it'd be too late: the Castro government doesn't believe in trials (except show trials in a kangaroo court), appeals, rights or world opinion. They'd've been summarily executed.
